It is mainly to solve horizontal burning, vertical VW-1 burning, especially VW-1 burning of wire with small section of 125ºmaterial in UL standard. The judgment standard of vertical VW-1 burning: 

1. Carbonization of the burning mark (kraft paper) cannot be over 25%; 
2. The burning continuous time for 5 times of 15-second burning cannot be over 60 seconds; 
3. The droplet of burning cannot ignite cotton. Only above three conditions are met at the same time can the requirements of burning test VW-1 of single wire or cable are met. Opel polymer specially solves problem of VW-1 burning of wire or cable with small section.
